HNH serves over 270 children at Hall Early Learning Center & provides services and support through our Youth Services Program, & Hall Senior Citizen Center.
Hall Early Learning Center meets all the criteria set forth by the Office of Early Childhood in the (ELDS) Connecticut Early Learning and Development Standards. We use the Creative Curriculum for Preschool and Infants, Toddlers, Two’s. Children are regularly assessed using the Teaching Gold Assessment Tool, and the Connecticut Preschool Assessment Tool (PAF) along with the Ages and Stages Screening Tool.
Hall Early Learning Center focuses on a safe, nurturing learning environment and credentialed teaching staff to make your child’s first learning experience a positive one. For children with special dietary needs we have a Registered Nutritionist, Infant/Toddler Health Consultant, and Health Manager on staff. Hall Neighborhood House submits referrals to the Bridgeport Board of Education for children who may need additional assistance to achieve their educational goals. All staff are CPR/First Aid trained annually.
