Hall’s Healthy Cooking Series creates a sense of community around the preparation of healthy and nutritious food. Our sous chefs are provided healthy recipes and tips designed to be health conscious, budget-friendly and promote the use of fresh fruits and vegetables from local farmers markets. Our chefs develop basic cooking techniques, expand their palates, and learn about nutritional facts. They will also learn how to grow their own food in our garden and about career opportunities in the culinary field.
